We collect what we need to run Ālaya and nothing else. We don’t sell your information, and there are no advertising trackers on this page.
When you apply
We keep your name, your email, the plan you chose and your answer to the question. Joel and Tadzio read applications. When you apply, we get an email with your application so we can review it quickly.
Payments
Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number. In Stripe we can see your name, your email, your plan and the last four digits of your card.
Inside the practice
- We store your progress and what you write in your journal, so you can come back to it.
- Other members can’t read your journal.
- Messages you send on Ālaya IM are seen by the people you send them to.
- Your class can see your name, and your picture if you add one. You can turn your picture off in Settings.
Who helps us run it
Your information is stored with the services we use to run Ālaya: Supabase (accounts and applications), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare and Vercel (the site, audio and backups), Resend (emails to us) and Mailchimp (emails to members). We use them only to run Ālaya.
Your browser
This page saves your application in your browser’s storage so a reload doesn’t lose it. Signing in to Ālaya keeps you signed in the same way.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us at info@alaya.quest. You can unsubscribe from member emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
